Our Passimoncello Spritz gives this Italian classic a tropical twist. By adding Passimoncello, the cocktail gains a fresh passion fruit flavor that pairs beautifully with the gentle bubbles of prosecco and the crispness of soda water.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes

  • 25 ml Passimoncello

  • 25 ml soda water

  • 50 ml prosecco or cava

  • Mint leaf
