The Dark and Stormy is a classic cocktail known for its bold and refreshing character. Originally from Bermuda, it combines dark rum with spicy ginger beer and a touch of citrus. The name refers to the dark rum floating on top of the ginger beer, creating a look reminiscent of stormy skies. The result is a vibrant cocktail with a balance of sweetness, acidity, and spice.

Light and Sunny

Our Light and Sunny is a fresh and tropical interpretation of the Dark and Stormy. Instead of dark rum, we use Passimoncello, which brings a lighter and fruitier profile with bright passion fruit notes. Combined with spicy ginger beer and fresh lemon juice, it creates a sparkling cocktail that is perfect for sunny moments.

Ingredients

• Ice cubes

• 100 ml ginger beer

• 20 ml lemon juice

• 40 ml Passimoncello

• Lime garnish

Fill a glass with ice, add Passimoncello and lemon juice, then top with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of lime. The result is a refreshing, sparkling cocktail with a tropical note and a gently spicy finish.
