The Fresh Pascello is a bold yet surprisingly refreshing cocktail, inspired by the Long Island Iced Tea. Like its classic counterpart, it combines several spirits into one well-balanced drink, delivering depth and intensity while remaining light and approachable.

Instead of cola and citrus, the Fresh Pascello uses a tropical base of Passimoncello, combined with gin, Aperol, and Licor 43. Fresh lime juice adds brightness, while soda water keeps the cocktail light and sparkling. The mix of bitter, sweet, and fresh flavors creates a complex but perfectly balanced drink.
